Details
The SAU has published its report prepared in response to a request from the Welsh Government concerning a proposed subsidy to Stena Line Ports Ltd for the refurbishment of the Port of Holyhead breakwater.
The report includes the SAUs evaluation of the Welsh Governments assessment of compliance of its proposed subsidy with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
