This report draws on management information and interviews with stakeholders to assess:
- recruitment, deployment and capacity of national leaders of governance
- process efficiency
- the quality of the programme
This will help ensure the reformed programme is on track to improve governance in schools and trusts.
The report studies the period September 2021 to June 2022. DfE contracted the National Governance Association to run the programme in June 2021.
