You can apply if you are:
- a further education college established as a further education corporation under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (FHEA 1992)
- a designated institution, as per section 28 of FHEA 1992
- a sixth-form college, as defined by section 91(3) FHEA 1992
- a maintained school, as defined in section 20 of the School Standards and Framework Act (SSFA) 1998, with a sixth form
- an academy established as per the Academies Act 2010 providing sixth-form education, including:
- free schools
- 16 to 19 only academies
- university technical colleges (UTCs)
- studio schools providing technical education
- maths schools
Read the guidance document before you apply. This sets out how to register to the application portal. We encourage you to do this as early as possible. You must have registered by 30 September 2022.
Applicants or their representatives should submit questions about the application process via the application portal. We will publish the answers to questions we receive regularly on the portal. You should check this before you submit a question.
