The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and pharmaceutical company MSD have extended the shelf life of specified batches of Lagevrio (molnupiravir) 200mg hard capsules.
Some expiry dates have been extended to 36 months from 18 or 24 months following assessment by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA).

Updated to reflect the MHRAs approval of an additional 6 months' shelf life extension based on the latest stability data from the manufacturer.
The expiry dates of 3 lot (batch) numbers (W007683, W007684 and W007693) have been corrected on the table to show October 2023 (labelled) and April 2024 (extended).
Added lot (batch) numbers U035830, U035829 and U035827 to the table of specified batches of Lagevrio (molnupiravir) 200mg hard capsules that have had their shelf life extended.
