Topics include food fraud, the new food labelling requirements, the Defra Food Authenticity programme, food allergen analysis, advanced DNA testing, microscopy and mycology, food law, certificate and report writing, and sessions on fertilisers and feeding stuffs.

Fees

1200 + VAT for the week including bed and breakfast accommodation, evening meals, notes and hand-outs.

300 + VAT for a day attendance which includes the evening session and evening meal.

Who should attend

The course will be of interest to food regulatory managers and scientists, food and feed laboratory staff and those studying for the Mastership in Chemical Analysis, MChemA, the statutory qualification required to practice as a Public Analyst.
