Electronic Application for Phytosanitary Certification (EAPC) allows you to apply online for phytosanitary certificates for the export of controlled wood, wood products and bark to third countries.

How to register

Complete and sign the form to return to the Forestry Commission Plant Health Service. You can email a scanned copy to: plant.health@forestrycommission.gov.uk

Or post a printed copy to:
