The rail contract between the Secretary of State for Transport and Abellio East Midlands Limited 2019 dated 9 May 2019 which ends on the expiry date of 15 October 2022 and subsequent emergency measures and emergency recovery measures agreements.

This competitively tendered rail contract replaces the previous East Midlands 2019 direct award rail franchise agreement.
