The UK is looking for a candidate to be nominated as the High Commissioner on National Minorities at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe. The successful candidate will then face selection for the appointment by consensus of all the OSCEs 57 participating states. Further details can be found on the Public Appointments webpages:
