  1. Updates were made as part of work to simplify and streamline appeals guidance.

  2. Customer Form: Customer services and general enquiries link added

  3. Clarifications around s319A and changes in the way we request documents

  4. The guides have been updated to include reference to combined events. Bringing them into line with the recent changes to the corresponding enforcement guides.

  5. Booklet updated with links to the Planning Inspectorate new Privacy Policy

  6. The Taking part guides have been updated following the new complaints procedure going online.

  7. The guidance has been updated to reflect current wording, email address change and working practices.

  8. The guides have been updated to amend the hyperlinks from Planning Portal to GOV.UK and to reflect that fact that from 1 October 2013, the need to obtain conservation area consent for the demotion of an unlisted building in a conservation area was replaced by the need to obtain planning permission.
