The Framework Document has been drawn up by the Department for Education in consultation with the Student Loans Company Limited (SLC), the Directorate for Skills, Higher Education and Lifelong Learning in Wales, the Higher Education and Science Division in Scotland on behalf of Scottish Ministers, and the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland. This Framework Document sets out the broad framework within which SLC will operate.
