Details

Estate boundary approval is a free service that you can use before the estate layout has been designed. It compares the developers first site survey with the extent of the registered title so any differences between the registered title boundaries and the physical estate boundaries can be identified early on.

We only provide factual information and impartial advice about our procedures. Read more about the advice we give.
