Merger abandoned

30 September 2022: Fedrigoni S.p.A. confirmed that it has abandoned its proposed acquisition of Arjowiggins Group Limited. On this basis, the CMA has decided not to make a reference in this case.

Revocation order

23 September 2022: The CMA has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4)(b) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the anticipated acquisition by Fedrigoni S.p.A. of Arjowiggins Group Limited. The Revocation Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 17 June 2022.
