To apply for the trust capacity fund 2023 to 2025, you must:

We are now accepting applications for the trust capacity fund. This fund is for growth projects approved by a regional director from 1 January 2023. We are particularly looking for projects that address our priorities for EIAs.
Funding will be available over 2 financial years, where appropriate. Larger tariffs will be available for trust growth projects that involve underperforming schools in education investment areas. We will also welcome applications for projects involving groups of schools.
The trust capacity fund is part of a package that supports the growth of multi-academy trusts (MATs) particularly those in education investment areas. The trust establishment and growth fund is also part of this package and provides funding to support the initial development of growth projects.
There are separate lists of trust capacity fund award recipients from 2019 to 2023. The use of any information sent to us is governed by the privacy policy.
