The Environment Agency has submitted to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs a scheme under section 3 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 for:

• the reconstitution of the East Suffolk Internal Drainage Board to reduce the number of elected members of the board to 10
• the renaming of the organisation as East Suffolk Water Management Board
• any matters relating to or following from that reconstitution
