Jonathan Hall KC, the governments Independent Reviewer of Terrorism Legislation reviewed the operation of the Counter-Terrorism (International Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. His report assesses the operation of the asset freeze provisions in these regulations and makes a number of recommendations to the UK government.
