If you have any questions about the review, or would like a discussion with the CMA before submitting a response, contact the concurrency review team.

The review was launched as we approach the 10th anniversary of a series of reforms to enhance the concurrency arrangements.? In August, we published a call for inputs inviting views on the effectiveness of the concurrency arrangements.

We are hosting this roundtable discussion on 16th of January 2024 to provide a more informal means for stakeholders to provide views.??

At the roundtable, we would be interested in hearing a diverse set of perspectives on the operation and effectiveness of concurrency.

We are interested in hearing from consumers, consumer groups, trade associations, firms operating in the regulated sectors, investors, academics and legal, economic or other professional advisers.???
