Details

The notice provides background and guidance for the 2023 frozen asset reporting exercise, which HM Treasury carries out every year to update our records to reflect any changes to accounts during the reporting period.

As part of this review, HM Treasury requires all persons that hold or control funds or economic resources belonging to a designated person, to complete the reporting form and submit it to the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) by Friday 10 November 2023.
