Details

You can request a reconsideration of a Landscape Recovery scheme decision, as long as you make the request in writing within 60 days.

Read the guidance and email the completed form to LandscapeRecovery@defra.gov.uk.

If youre unhappy with the results of a reconsideration, you can appeal the decision.

The form to apply for a reconsideration has been updated to reflect a change to when you can request a reconsideration and the stages at which you can do this (application, enrolment or development).The HTML guidance has been updated to give more detail on these changes and the rules and processes that apply to each stage.
