The Trade Specialised Committee on Administrative cooperation in VAT and Recovery of Taxes and Duties is a joint forum between the UK and the EU, to address matters covered by the Protocol on Administrative Cooperation and Combating Fraud in the Field of Value Added Tax and on Mutual Assistance for the Recovery of Claims Relating to Taxes and Duties. The provisional agenda will be formally adopted by co-chairs from the European Union Commission and the United Kingdom during the meeting.
