Send the application form to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) using the service to apply for a vehicle test or certificate for a coach or bus.
Pay the duplicate annual test certificate fee or the duplicate certificate of fitness fee by credit or debit card (DVSA will tell you how to do this after youve applied), or by cheque or using a pre-funded account.
