  1. Updated with changes to the Ukraine Extension Scheme. Eligibility has been extended to those with permission to enter or stay in the UK any time between 16 May 2023 and 16 November 2023. A full list of changes is in the document.

  2. Guidance updated. Changes are explained on page 4.

  3. Changes have been made to: Add a temporary concession to introduce a new eligibility period allowing those with permission to enter or stay on or between 18 March 2022 and 16 May 2023 to apply to the Ukraine Extension Scheme until the Immigration Rules are amended. Amend the wording referencing children born in the UK to a parent who meet the validity requirements for the Ukraine Extension Scheme; and make clarificatory amendments to the permission explained section. Include an explanatory section on the Common Travel Area and applications to the Ukraine Extension Scheme.

  4. Version 2.0 of Ukraine Extension Scheme: caseworker guidance was published in error. This has now been reverted to version 1.0.
