These vehicle and infrastructure projects have been given exemption from certain requirements under the Railways Interoperability Regulations 2011.

Some correspondence letters of these decisions are required to be published on GOV.UK, others may be requested.

  1. Added exemption and decisions from the start of 2023.

  8. Infrastructure decisions for Network Rail and Northumberland County Council regarding rail track upgrades, plus platform and footbridge extensions.

  9. Decisions added for Wellingborough Platform 4 and footbridge, Sussex Coastway platform extensions plus the Liphook Station footbridge renewal.
