Copies of all legislation are obtainable from the Stationery Office Bookshops, or through the Stationery Office Publications Centre, telephone number 0171 873 9090.

The legislation also appears on the legislation.gov.uk website. Please note that this site shows legislation as made at the time.

An unofficial consolidated version of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 is available.

Decisions

The Tribunals previous decisions and orders (from 2013) are available on line under the section Decision and orders issued.Pre 2013 decisions are available from The National Archives.

Decisions of the Tribunal up to the end of 1996 are summarised in The Decisions of the UK Performing Right and Copyright Tribunal by Michael Freegard and Jack Black. The Modern Law of Copyright and Designs (Volume 1 Chapter 27) by Laddie, Prescott and Vitoria also provides commentary on the Tribunal. However, the opinions expressed in this book should not be taken as indicating the views of either the Tribunal or the Intellectual Property Office or the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills.
