Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework

Details

The functional standard sets expectations for the management of all government property, and is mandatory for central government organisations with property responsibilities. Other public sector organisations might find it useful for assessing themselves against the same framework.

The standard is published here as Version 2.0, replacing version 1.1 published in 2020. Changes relate to enhancements derived from feedback, updates to other standards and references, and development of functional arrangements.

In support of the functional standard, a collection of documentation contributes to the overall governance and management framework for the property function.
