Statutory direction to Herefordshire Council

This direction requires the council to co-operate with a commissioner appointed by the Secretary of State for Education. It follows a 21 September 2022 Ofsted reportthat judged childrens services to be inadequate.

This direction replaces an earlier improvement notice issued to Herefordshire Council in May 2021.
