Details

Application for approvalto acquire land and interests in land and to temporarily use land in connection with the construction of the scheduled and authorised works.Approval is also sought for the closure ofTackley level crossing.

Works will include the diversion or redesignation of the status of certain public roads, footpaths,bridleways, restrictedbyways or byways open to all traffic, construction of new streets and the creation of new rights of way.

Network Rails plans to close Sandy Lane and Yarnton level crossings remain under consideration.
