Details
The Department for Education (DfE) invites eligible local authorities to apply to participate in a pilot aimed at reducing delays in public law proceedings in the family court.
The pilot will involve local authorities from 5 selected designated family judge areas working with a delivery partner to co-design and implement solutions to reduce court delays.
The pilot will run from January 2024 until March 2025.
The deadline for submitting your application is midday on 17 November 2023.
