In the seminar David shared his thoughts regarding some of the challenges that we all face in terms of our health and care system, how well we are doing in tackling them at the moment, and what the next few decades might bring in terms of change.

David called on lessons learned in a variety of different sectors, including health, the environmental sector and the military. He also discussed his reflections on leadership and culture in the context of trying to achieve change at system level and the case for a more distributed approach.
