Detail of outcome

The consultation on fees in relation to the Illegal Migration Bill (now the Illegal Migration Act) ran from 27 June 2023 to 7 August 2023. In total, we received 38 responses to the consultation. To support the consultation, we held 5 engagement events with 39 stakeholders, including professional bodies and providers. The governments response to the consultation will cover the summary of responses to the consultation, a response to the specific themes raised in response to the consultation and the next steps following the consultation.


